The cost price in spot trading refers to the average market price of the cryptocurrency inflow in your Spot account through platform features including Buy Crypto, Spot trading, Transfer, Convert, Trading Bots, Crypto Loans, and OTC Loan.

Cost price = (Current cost price * Current amount + Inflow amount * Inflow market price) / (Current amount + Inflow amount)

Example 1: You currently hold 1 ETH with a cost price of $3,000. The current market price of ETH is $4,000, and you buy 1 more ETH at this price.

Example 2: You currently hold 2 ETH with a cost price of $3,000. The current market price of ETH is $4,000, and you sell 1 ETH at this price. Since there was no increase in the quantity of ETH held, the cost price remains unchanged at $3,000.
